Once the sector has been chosen, all that remains is to find a land. Versant's team does have access to several reliable contacts in this field to ensure that you get complete support during your research.
After selecting your land, it will be time to contact us to schedule a first meeting. It is during this consultation that we will discuss with you very precisely about all your needs, as well as your budget.
Once this meeting is over, we will begin the custom design of your tiny house or the modification of the plan that you have selected from one of our collections, depending on what best suits your expectations.
Several names are given to small dwellings. Here are some useful definitions:
Micro-house or micro-cottage : less than 500 square feet of living area.
Tiny house or mini-cottage : between 500 and 1,000 square feet of maximum living area.
