CREATE YOUR OWN PLAN

The first consultation does not commit you to anything, but is essential to get the project off to a good start. We will ask you several very specific questions in order to learn more about your tastes and needs.

It is following this meeting, which lasts approximately one hour, that we will send you our service offer on which the price of each of the documents we offer will be indicated. If the first consultation is conclusive and you want to move forward with us, then it will be time to move on to step 2, the selection of documents. 

Your decision is now made and you want to create your own project with Versant and thus actively participate in the change. What a good decision! It will then be up to you to make your selection and thus create a service offer that is 100% tailor-made for you and your budget. You will find the list of documents offered down below.

The most anticipated moment of all! It is after having put our creativity to work in the workshop, that we will present you with 2 plan proposals bringing together all the information we gathered during our first meeting. 

It is important to note that only the layout plans and the 2D elevations will be presented to you at this stage. It is essential to fix the logical and practical aspects, before embarking on the design of the 3D and the more "design" part of the design.

Following the presentation of the preliminary sketches, you will most certainly have some comments that will bring changes to the plans. So that's when we go back to the workshop to work more on the plans. 

It is important to know that it is normal that we have to rework the plans several times before obtaining the final version.

Now that the plans are fixed, it is time to produce and present to you the additional documents that you will have selected in step 2.

Once we have identified your dream concept, it will be time for us to produce the plans for the city permit and for construction.
