Versant is much more than a french architectural term that defines each of the slopes of a mountain or a valley. It is the difference between what we have always known and a new aspect of access to property. It's about opening your eyes to a world of possibilities in which overabundance is set aside to make way for minimalism and eco-responsibility.

Choosing Versant means choosing to give an innovative push towards sustainable and minimalistic living, with the goal of creating a more environmentally conscious construction industry.

OUR HISTORY

Versant was founded by two sisters full of ambitions, passionate about nature and minimalism and who really care about sustainable development and the well-being of the environment.

Originally from Quebec, it was in September 2021 that they decided to combine their strengths and start their business, creating one of the first few companies specialized in eco-friendly tiny house design in Eastern Canada.

Versant is a family business whose objective is to facilitate access to property, in addition to actively contributing to the various changes that leads to a better common good.

The goal is to make a difference... One tiny house at a time!

The growing phenomenon of tiny houses responds, in our opinion, to more than a simple desire to live differently; it is also the solution to several issues currently facing the world. We are convinced that this growing movement will have a positive impact on the rise in housing prices, the increase in the cost of living as well as the level of individual pollution.

The common good is what is profitable in the long term for all members of society and for Versant, it is a priority.
